The staff at Best Western Lakewinds were incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring I felt comfortable and at home during my stay. The clean, well-maintained rooms and inviting communal areas made it a delightful experience.

Had an awesome time with friends! We spent one night, visiting the State Park for hiking and bird watching. The pool was a hit, clean and fun. Breakfast was solid too! Heads up, if your room is far back, it’s a bit of a walk to the front. But overall, a great stay! Can't wait to come back.

We did have some trouble with the front desk staff not being the friendliest during check-in. It wasn't a big deal but could be improved.

The indoor pool was warm and well-maintained. The breakfast had great options like scrambled eggs, sausages, and a yogurt bar. The room had a microwave, large fridge, and cable channels for entertainment. Staff enforced adult swim hours, which I appreciated. Clean towels were provided in the pool area, too.

Ventilation problems left the room feeling damp, which wasn’t great for comfort. The shower, designed for mobility accessibility, led to water spilling onto the bathroom floor, creating a hazardous situation. Breakfast options were limited and monotonous. the same items every day diminished the excitement of morning meals. Additionally, the family suite was misrepresented, as it had only one bathroom instead of the two that were promised, causing inconvenience for larger groups.

We had a lovely stay! The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, and we appreciated how clean everything was. Ludington State Park was close by, perfect for hiking and watching the birds. Plus, having two dogs with us was no hassle at all!

the best western had a wonderful indoor pool and hot tub, which my family loved. the rooms were cozy, and we felt really safe with the keycard access. breakfast was great with scrambled eggs and fresh waffles! there were fun amenities to keep the kids entertained, making it a perfect spot for families.
